Northern Star Communications: My life as a communications professional has included writing, editing, marketing, public relations and special event design/planning. I recently published my first book and am preparing for the next one. Check back often for updates and insights!

Northern Star T’ai Chi: I teach Yang form T’ai Chi Ch’üan, long and short versions. I’ve been a practitioner since 2000, and I studied and received my teaching accreditation with internationally acclaimed T’ai Chi Ch’üan teacher, dancer and choreographer Maedée Duprès. I’m also a certified Level II instructor through the American Tai Chi and Qi Gong Association. I currently teach with Ms. Duprès at South Suburban Park and Recreation Center’s Buck Recreation Center in Littleton, Colorado.
