T’ai chi ch’üan community thriving at South Suburban Park and Recreation District

The T’ai Chi Ch’üan community is growing at South Suburban Park and Recreation District’s Douglas H. Buck Community Recreation Center, 2004 W. Powers Avenue, Littleton, Colorado. I am honored to collaborate with my teacher, mentor, friend and colleague, Maedée Duprès, to offer these classes for all levels, grounded in tradition and the joy of movement.

Classes are taught sequentially, with new beginner classes starting twice a year. There’s also an advanced/ongoing class, geared toward students who are familiar with the long form Yang style. We also welcome and celebrate the diligent, enthusiastic “graduating” students who have studied with us at the Buck Center since March 2021, and other friends and co-practitioners from our earlier communities.

If you have questions about choosing a class level, about the Yang style, or about our teaching philosophy, please reply in the comment section of this post. For details on the upcoming class schedule, click here.
